Session types
Five come set up. Rename them or add your own — up to twelve — in Settings → Sessions.Seats
A seat is a job rather than a headcount. Four come set up, and you can add up to sixteen of your own.
A claimable seat can be taken by anybody in the workspace. A seat that isn’t
claimable has to be assigned, so the host slot on a training doesn’t go to
whoever refreshed fastest.
Running one
A session moves through Scheduled → Live → Ended, and can be cancelled at any point. The bot announces it in the channel you choose, so people find out where they already are.Sessions can be scheduled up to a year ahead, with a capacity of 25 each.
