Asking for it
A member opens My Leave, picks a reason, sets the dates, and adds a note if there is something worth saying. Reasons carry an icon so a queue of requests is scannable — a holiday and a medical absence shouldn’t need reading to tell apart. A member sees their own leave and nobody else’s.Answering it
Manage Leaves is the queue. It lives with the day-to-day rather than behind Settings, because working a queue is a job somebody does, not a setting somebody configures.What leave changes
