Billing, with the plan chooser.
Plans
The one-time option has nothing to renew and nothing to cancel — it keeps that
workspace on Professional for as long as it exists.
Discounts
They stack. The checkout page shows the real total before you pay, read back
from Stripe rather than worked out separately, so it is what will actually be
charged.
Who can change it
Only the workspace owner. Not co-owners, and no department permission grants it. That is deliberate. A co-owner runs the workspace, but the card belongs to one person, and cancelling a subscription somebody else is being charged for isn’t a workspace setting. If billing needs to move to somebody else, workspace ownership has to move with it.If a payment fails
The workspace carries on through a grace period rather than shutting off the moment a card is declined — a failed renewal is usually an expired card, not a decision to leave. If it isn’t resolved by the end of that period the workspace drops to Starter. Nothing is deleted; the features above Starter stop.A suspended workspace can still reach billing. Locking somebody out of the
page where they would fix their payment would be charging them for something
they cannot use.
