# Limits

> Per-minute limits and monthly quotas.

Each key has a per-minute limit, and each workspace or store a monthly quota shared by its keys.

| Plan | Per minute | Per month |
| - | - | - |
| Starter | 60 | 10,000 |
| Essential | 300 | 250,000 |
| Professional | 1,200 | 2,000,000 |
| Seller stores | 600 | 1,000,000 |

## Response headers

Every answer says where you are:

| Header | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `X-RateLimit-Limit` | Requests a minute for this key |
| `X-RateLimit-Remaining` | Left this minute |
| `X-RateLimit-Reset` | Seconds until the minute resets |
| `X-Quota-Limit` | Requests a month |
| `X-Quota-Remaining` | Left this month |

> If you get a `rate_limited` error, the `Retry-After` header tells you when to try again. Monthly quotas reset on the 1st, UTC.
